Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped in the order they are received by the U.S.Postal Service. The most practical carrier will be selected to ship orders that are too large or not serviced by U.S. mail. All freight charges are collect and cannot be shipped to military bases, FPO or APO addresses. Shipments made to foreign countries cannot be shipped C.O.D. Back Orders: If any item is back-ordered, please inform us if you want to keep your order. Back orders are held for 60 days. It will be necessary to reorder again after 60 days. Special Orders: Please allow 30-60 days for shipping on specialty orders. Some specialty orders must be paid for in advance.
Claims
All claims of damaged or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the conditions of the merchandise in the presence of the carrier. All claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of goods and supported by invoice
